Welcome to the new CallSTAT.com!

by Boyd on February 6, 2010

We are very proud to launch the new STAT website!  While we’re thrilled to have an updated look and feel and new resources for our clients and future clients, our new site signifies an even more important evolution for us — one in which we bring our interactions with Mac businesses and users online.

Every day we meet and work with people who love how Macs support their businesses, or are considering a change from PCs to Mac.  They have questions, but they also share experiences that deepen our understanding of how they use their Mac technology to manage and grow their business.  Each firm’s experience helps us to serve them — and our other clients — more successfully.

We will share many of these questions and experiences through our blog.  We hope our site will also grow to be a place for Mac lovers and those new to Mac to contribute, share and learn how the power of Mac can work for small business.

We welcome your questions, suggestions and contributions.  The entire STAT team is excited about serving the business Mac community in this new space.

I am planning to buy an iMac to replace my outdated Dell. I will need to run Windows 7 on the computer because of my electronic medical record system. I have already installed Windows XP Pro on 2 other computers in the office and they work fine. However, it was a very time-consuming process for me. Would installation of Windows 7 on an iMac be something that you would do?

Certainly we can do that for you, Pamela, and thanks for visiting our site! We can also help you with the decision about whether to run Windows 7 in a “Virtual Machine” or to set your machine to dual-boot into Mac OS and Windows. We will make sure that your Mac can take advantage of all of the services on your existing network too! If you’re interested in scheduling of if you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at 520-615-3390.
