Health STATus Monitoring
We catch problems early so you avoid data loss and downtime.
What it is
Health STATus is a lightweight, noninvasive monitoring service for your Macs. It watches for signs of hardware and software trouble. If it spots one, we get an alert and contact you to explain the issue and recommend a fix.
Health STATus does not give us remote access or control of your computer, and it does not collect or send any personal data.
What it watches for
More than 100 potential issues, including:
- Hard drive and SSD errors or signs of failure
- Low storage space
- Backup failures or irregularities
- Network performance problems
- System slowdowns
- Malware detection assistance
- Laptop battery health
- Kernel panics and crashes
- Faulty RAM
- Power-on self-test (POST) failures
What a subscription includes
Ongoing monitoring, problem assessment and notification. When an issue comes up you can fix minor things yourself or have us take care of it at our standard rates. If you ever call us about a problem, the Health STATus logs help us find the cause faster.
The subscription covers monitoring only. Troubleshooting and repairs are billed at our standard rates.
How to subscribe
- Call us at 520-615-3390 to pay by phone, or ask us to email you an invoice to pay online.
- After payment we will send you a download link for each computer.
