SMS Terms of Service

  1. Program: STAT Computer Services Customer Support Texts. Text messages relate to your service requests, appointment scheduling, and customer support.
  2. Opt-In: You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at https://callstat.com/contact-stat-computer-services/. Consent is not a condition of service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
  3. Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” (or other supported keyword) to any SMS message you receive from us, or by contacting us directly via phone at 520-615-3390 or by email at consult@callstat.com. Once you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further text messages unless you opt in again.
  4. Help: Reply “HELP” to any message for assistance, or contact us at 520-615-3390 or consult@callstat.com.
  5. Message Types: We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We use SMS only to communicate with you on an individual basis about your service requests, appointment scheduling changes, and information requests.
  6. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month, based on the information we need to exchange with you.
  7. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.
  8. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  9. Data Retention: We will retain records of your opt-in and opt-out requests, as well as SMS usage data, to comply with 10DLC carrier requirements.
