With Remote Support we will manage, maintain and monitor your business Macs from our site. This is ideal for:

Remote locations, rural areas and offsite employees
Troubleshooting and support while traveling

With STAT Remote Support, you don’t have to pay a one-hour minimum for us to visit your site – we charge in 15-minute increments.

We are able to establish a VPN at your location to provide remote support to any of the Macs at your site on an ongoing basis, or you can download our customized STAT Teamviewer QS client allowing you to grant access for each session individually.
