Once you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.
- Data Retention: We will retain records of your opt-in and opt-out requests, as well as SMS usage data, to comply with 10DLC carrier requirements.
- Message Types: We do not use SMS messages for marketing campaigns. We only use SMS messages to communicate with you on an individual basis, typically in response to messages that you send us. We may also send you messages about appointment scheduling changes or information requests.
