What Is Our Health STATus Alert System?
Our Health STATus service is a noninvasive monitoring program designed to detect potential hardware and software issues on your computer. If an issue is identified, we receive an alert and can notify you promptly. Health STATus does not grant us remote access or control over your system, nor does it collect or transmit any personal data.
Why Subscribe to Health STATus?
A Health STATus subscription enables proactive maintenance, helping to prevent data loss and minimize downtime. When an issue is detected, we will contact you to explain the problem and provide recommendations for resolution. You may choose to address the issue yourself (for minor concerns) or opt for our professional assistance at our standard service rates.
What Issues Does Health STATus Monitor?
Our Health STATus service tracks over 100 potential system concerns, including:
- Hard drive or SSD errors and signs of imminent failure
- Low storage space alerts
- Backup system failures or irregularities
- Network performance problems
- System slowdowns and performance degradation
- Malware detection assistance
- Battery health concerns in laptops
- System kernel panics and crashes
- Faulty RAM diagnostics
- Power-on self-test (POST) failures
What Does A Subscription Include?
A Health STATus subscription includes ongoing system monitoring, problem assessment, and notification services. When you reach out regarding a Mac issue, the Health STATus logs can greatly assist in identifying the underlying problem. Please note that the subscription excludes consulting or repair services; any troubleshooting or repairs requested will incur our standard rates.
How Much Does A Subscription Cost?
As opposed to other IT companies who charge a monthly rate, our service costs $50 per year for the first computer, and $25 per year for each additional computer that you would like to have monitored.

You can either call us at (520) 615-3390 to make a payment over the phone, or we can send you an invoice via email for online payment.
After payment, we will send you a link to download Health STATus for your computer(s). If you prefer in-person installation, you can schedule an appointment with one of our consultants for assistance.
